本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、「惑星エルドラ」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロードまたは使用することにより、ユーザーは本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本アプリは、六角形グリッド上で生態系を構築するシミュレーションゲームです。ユーザーは生物を配置し、食物連鎖と環境のバランスを取りながら、ステージごとのクリア条件の達成を目指します。
本アプリには消耗型のアプリ内課金が含まれます。
ゲームの進行データ（クリア記録、獲得ポイント、アンロック状態等）はデバイス内にのみ保存されます。アプリを削除するとすべてのデータが失われます。データのバックアップ機能は提供しておりません。
本アプリに含まれるすべてのコンテンツ（テキスト、画像、音声、プログラムコード等）の知的財産権は、開発者に帰属します。ユーザーは個人的な使用の範囲でのみ本アプリを利用できます。
本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本の裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
本規約は必要に応じて変更されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内またはこのページで通知します。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of "Planet Eldra" ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The App is a simulation game where users build ecosystems on a hexagonal grid. Players deploy creatures and balance food chains and environmental factors to achieve stage-specific objectives.
The App includes consumable in-app purchases.
Game progress data (clear records, earned points, unlock states, etc.) is stored only on the device. Deleting the App will permanently erase all data. No backup functionality is provided.
All content within the App (text, images, audio, program code, etc.) is the intellectual property of the developer. Users may use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the courts of Japan.
These Terms may be updated as needed. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or on this page.
