全アプリ共通事項Terms Common to All Apps
ライセンスLicense
当方は、各規約に従うことを条件として、ユーザーに対し、アプリを個人的・非商用で利用する非独占的・非譲渡的・再許諾不可のライセンスを許諾します。 Subject to these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes.
禁止事項Prohibited Activities
- アプリの逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル、リバースエンジニアリング、改変Decompiling, disassembling, reverse-engineering, or modifying the apps
- コンテンツの無断複製・転載・配布・再販売Unauthorized reproduction, reposting, distribution, or resale of content
- 不正な手段による課金の回避、正常な運営を妨害する行為Circumventing purchases or disrupting normal operation
- 法令または公序良俗に反する行為Any activity that violates laws or public order
知的財産権Intellectual Property
各アプリに含まれるすべてのコンテンツ(テキスト、画像、音声、プログラムコード、デザイン等)の知的財産権は、開発者であるR-eachに帰属します。 All content in our apps (text, images, audio, code, design, etc.) is the intellectual property of R-each.
免責事項Disclaimer
各アプリは「現状のまま」提供され、完全性・正確性・有用性・特定目的適合性等を保証しません。アプリの利用に起因して生じた損害について、故意または重過失がない限り、当方は責任を負いません。当方は予告なく機能の変更・追加・削除・提供終了を行うことができます。 Our apps are provided "as is," without warranty of completeness, accuracy, usefulness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the apps, absent willful misconduct or gross negligence. Features may be changed, added, removed, or discontinued without notice.
準拠法・管轄Governing Law & Jurisdiction
各規約は日本法に準拠します。アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合、当方所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄とします。 These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court governing our place of business in the first instance.
規約の変更Changes to Terms
当方は必要に応じて規約を変更できます。変更後にアプリの利用を継続した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。重要な変更はアプリ内または本ページで告知します。 We may revise these terms as needed. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be announced in the app or on this page.
